公安边防部门刑事侦查权的取得与完善

公安边防部门取得刑事侦查权，是侦查体制改革的结果。但在边防管辖和查办案件的种类、边防海警刑事办案权的实现、边防检查站查获的刑事案件的管辖、公安边防部门侦查主体资格的完善等方面，还应继续改革．使边防部门刑事侦查机制不断完善。

军校开展案例教学之我见

案例教学作为一种行之有效的教学方法,有助于锻炼和提高军队院校学员分析问题、解决问题的能力,军校应正确认识案例教学的重要意义,深入探讨如何选编案例以及实施案例教学的具体措施。     

神经规则与案例融合的专家系统知识表示和推理

为了对专家系统中的知识进行表示,并使得推理变得更加准确高效,介绍了一种结合符号规则、神经网络和案例的方法。该方法是把一种混合规则,即神经规则和案例结合在一起。它与传统的基于符号规则推理不同的是,即使有一些未知的输入,也可以执行基于神经规则的推理。实验证明,与传统的专家系统比较,混合推理可以提高故障诊断的效率和精确度。     

Approximation algorithms for capacitated stochastic inventory systems with setup costs

We develop the first approximation algorithm with worst‐case performance guarantee for capacitated stochastic periodic‐review inventory systems with setup costs. The structure of the optimal control policy for such systems is extremely complicated, and indeed, only some partial characterization is available. Thus, finding provably near‐optimal control policies has been an open challenge. In this article, we construct computationally efficient approximate optimal policies for these systems whose demands can be nonstationary and/or correlated over time, and show that these policies have a worst‐case performance guarantee of 4. We demonstrate through extensive numerical studies that the policies empirically perform well, and they are significantly better than the theoretical worst‐case guarantees. We also extend the analyses and results to the case with batch ordering constraints, where the order size has to be an integer multiple of a base load. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 无机化学教学中案例教学法的应用研究

案例教学法是一种历史悠久又常用常新的教学方法,恰当地应用案例教学法对激发学生学习兴趣,增强学生的主体性和学习的主动性有着十分重要的作用,同时,也是讲练结合,学为所用,更好更快提高课堂教学质量的重要方法。通过对无机化学知识体系的剖析和研究,收集筛选多个案例、多个知识点应用案例教学法,对无机化学的教学产生了积极的促进作用。     

基于Petri网的案例推理研究

介绍Petri网的知识表示方法以及案例推理机制的相关内容,提出了一种基于Petri网的案例推理模型,给出了相应的案例检索匹配算法,并将该模型和检索算法应用到网络攻防态势推演系统中,最后重点介绍了该系统的案例库的知识表示。     

基于事例推理的装备软件成本估算研究

采用基于事例推理的估算方法可以很好地解决传统经验函数估算软件成本时的局限性。讨论了装备软件成本估算和基于事例推理研究的特点，从总体上描述了基于事例推理装备软件成本估算系统结构和实现流程，阐述了主要的研究内容，包括影响软件成本因素、系统的事例表示方法以及相似度的基本算法及事例的改写，并通过实例验证了事例推理在装备软件成本估算实践中的具体应用。     

钢质药筒抽筒阻力的理论计算公式

某型自行火炮采用封闭式药仓,使用钢质药筒,要求抽筒率达到百分之百。但由于该炮膛压较高,使得钢质药筒的变形加大,不抽筒率超标严重。通过建立钢质药筒抽筒阻力的理论计算公式,求出了药筒与药室之间的接触压力和抽筒阻力,与实验结果比较,符合较好。为修改火炮结构,提高抽筒率提供了一条理论依据。     

Machine scheduling with pickup and delivery

The coordination of production, supply, and distribution is an important issue in logistics and operations management. This paper develops and analyzes a single‐machine scheduling model that incorporates the scheduling of jobs and the pickup and delivery arrangements of the materials and finished jobs. In this model, there is a capacitated pickup and delivery vehicle that travels between the machine and the storage area, and the objective is to minimize the makespan of the schedule. The problem is strongly NP‐hard in general but is solvable in polynomial time when the job processing sequence is predetermined. An efficient heuristic is developed for the general problem. The effectiveness of the heuristic is studied both analytically and computationally. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Naval Research Logistics, 2005.
